Chemical resistance list

Limits to the chemical resistance list

This information has been compiled from past experience and is only an aid which, together with all other available information, can be used to make a choice of materials for your WILDEN diaphragm pump. This includes the choice of diaphragms, valve balls, valve seats and all other pump parts which come into contact with the pumped liquid.

Despite the care taken in gathering the information, we cannot guarantee its accuracy!

Diaphragms, valve balls, valve seats and valve seat O-rings are called pump elastomers. WILDEN diaphragm pumps can be fitted with a wide range of elastomers to meet your specific application. What to consider when choosing a particular elastomer: temperature limits, chemical resistance, service life, abrasive suitability, cost, suction capacity and sanitary suitability.
