Trouble-free pumping

Accessories for your pump

Pressure to perform means creating the right conditions for your pump to deliver top performance. Whether it's longevity, low operating and maintenance costs, optimization of your process or perfect pump control, the accessories from Holland Air Pumps ensure that your pump does what you expect it to do - pump trouble-free:

Pulsation Damper
A pulsation damper eliminates up to 85% of annoying pulsation in the process and prevents damage to your pump, bracket piping and fittings.

Air care unit
An FR unit helps keep your pump's air distribution system in good condition. The built-in pressure reducing valve allows you to adjust the speed and head of the pump.

Slow start valve
This slow start valve provides a gradual build-up of pressure in the pump. The speed and time at which the pump starts up is adjustable on the valve. If a diaphragm pump starts up without controlling the compressed air quantity, the sudden pressure build-up causes a great strain on the pump housing and the components inside the pump. A slow start valve prevents this and thus protects the pump and its components, making them last longer. Also, the gradual pressure build-up prevents damage to your piping and inline instrumentation.

Dry-running protection
When a diaphragm pump runs dry, it pumps air; the difference in resistance with liquid causes the pump to pump uncontrollably fast. Besides the fact that dry-running is useless and wasteful of energy, the pump will need maintenance sooner. Safety is also an important aspect here, specifically when flammable liquids are pumped, this also prevents the pump from pumping air and possibly an explosive mixture in the pump can form.
Holland Air Pumps has a dry-run protection available for this, which stops the pump at the moment that the liquid is used up.

Stroke Counter
By recording the number of strokes, you can accurately monitor the capacity of your pump. Also, the number of strokes gives you an indication when your pump needs preventive maintenance. The stroke counter can be combined with a batch controller to create a full dosing system.

Batch controller
This fully pneumatic unit allows any air-operated diaphragm pump to precisely dose a set amount of liquid. The principle is volumetric dosing based on the stroke volume per pump chamber. The controller ensures that the pump starts and automatically stops on the amount of liquid you wish to dose.

Pump frame
Protect your pump and make it mobile with a pump frame, we have standard solutions for this, discuss your requirement with our specialists.
