For better performance under high pressure

Metal and plastic diaphragm pumps for critical applications, made in Germany. So German strength that we see a lot at work in the chemical industry and actually anywhere critical substances are pumped.

Almatec plastic diaphragm pumps feature a sturdy body made of PE or PTFE. They are economical thanks to CNC technology with minimum tolerances and maximum performance. All Almatec diaphragm pumps are equipped with best-in-class diaphragms featuring a smooth profile. The diaphragms are designed to simplify assembly, reduce air consumption and optimize performance.

Special situations require special pumps. In some cases, for example, pumps where we can generate up to 21 bar discharge pressure. Other situations with, for example, dirty water or slurry with large solids, require a pump with a large passage that can run dry indefinitely. With our diaphragm pumps, we are able to provide, even under pressure, situations with an appropriate and cost-effective pump solution. No wonder, we stand for 'Pressure to perform'. With more than 25 years of experience, thinking and developing together is in our DNA. We are at our best when there are no standard solutions. And we make sure that you can keep performing under pressure.

See all reasons

The Almatec E-series diaphragm pumps are ideally equipped to perform in processes which involve handling the most diverse but above all dangerous, read caustic and aggressive chemicals. The series includes a total of 7 types with capacities from 15 - 800 lpm, air and liquid connections of 3 - 19 mm and 6 - 76 mm respectively, a viscosity of 3000 - 12000 mPa.s and is suitable for particle sizes from 2 - 15 mm.

Production processes where hygiene and health (think of food technology and the pharmaceutical industry) are essential, this is where the Wilden Hygienic series fits in like no other place. No wonder, as these are a total of 9 stainless steel, lubricant-free and easy-to-clean pumps that meet the most stringent requirements for (food) safety. To indicate the breadth of this series: it involves a total of 9 types with capacities from 62 - 906 lpm, particle sizes from 1.6 - 9.5 mm, air connections from 13 - 19 mm and fluid connections from ½" - 3" Tri-Clamp.
